Hello fellow home-bound individuals!

Growing up, when we had a rough day or we didn’t feel well, my mom used to play a sort of game with my sister and I. She’d grab a notebook and say, tell me what’s wrong. Every little thing. Be specific. And I’m going to write everything down. Nothing is too small, nothing is too abstract.

I remember some days this could take a full hour, and fill up multiple sheets of paper! But we never stopped ‘til I exhausted every complaint. And then she’d say, now tell me something good. And we’d keep going until we had a good thing for every bad thing listed.

So, this week, I let myself sit with the fears, the complaints, the wishes things were different for a moment. I let them have my full attention. But then I think of something good, and hold onto that.

I keep coming back to how very happy I am to have a body that works and even feels pretty good right now. I feel super lucky, and I want to share that joy.

So I made some templates for those looking to share their silver linings, or their unmitigated joys with the world. Click and hold to save them to your phone’s gallery, and use/share them any time you’d like. (Let me know if it doesn’t work for you, I’ll fix the post or send you the files directly. happywonderfool@gmail.com)

We’re in this together.
